Key Responsibilities
- Develop Emiratisation sourcing strategies that align with workforce plans, business priorities, and national hiring objectives.
- Translate current and future capability requirements into targeted sourcing plans for UAE National talent.
- Lead talent mapping exercises across priority functions, industries, experience levels, and specialist talent segments.
- Produce market intelligence covering talent availability, competitor hiring activity, compensation trends, candidate expectations, and emerging sourcing practices.
- Build proactive UAE National talent pipelines rather than relying solely on vacancy-based recruitment.
- Establish diversified sourcing channels through government organizations, universities, career platforms, professional associations, social networks, employee referrals, and sourcing technology.
- Develop strategic partnerships that expand access to graduates, experienced professionals, specialists, and leadership-level Emirati candidates.
- Oversee targeted sourcing campaigns for critical, high-volume, and hard-to-fill positions.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders to clarify role requirements, hiring priorities, candidate profiles, and delivery timelines.
- Lead annual engagement plans covering career fairs, university events, national employment programs, networking activities, and employer branding initiatives.
- Strengthen Majid Al Futtaim's positioning as an employer of choice for UAE National professionals.
- Monitor sourcing service-level agreements, pipeline health, candidate conversion, offer acceptance, time to shortlist, and Emiratisation target achievement.
- Use recruitment data to identify sourcing gaps, forecast talent availability, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare executive reports and actionable insights for Human Capital and business leadership.
- Evaluate the return on investment of partnerships, events, sourcing platforms, campaigns, and talent attraction programs.
- Improve sourcing workflows, governance controls, candidate engagement standards, and recruitment documentation.
- Ensure sourcing activities comply with MOHRE requirements, applicable employment regulations, and internal recruitment policies.
- Maintain accurate and auditable records within applicant tracking and recruitment management systems.
- Lead, coach, and develop sourcing team members while setting clear performance expectations.
- Encourage knowledge sharing, market specialization, accountability, and consistent candidate care across the sourcing function.
- Resolve complex sourcing challenges through stakeholder influence, market insight, and practical workforce solutions.
- Continuously review sourcing technologies, automation opportunities, and talent intelligence tools that can improve recruitment outcomes.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- More than 10 years of progressive talent sourcing, recruitment, or Talent Acquisition experience.
- Strong experience within a large corporate group, shared services environment, diversified business, or regional organization.
- Deep understanding of UAE National talent markets and Emiratisation hiring programs.
- Demonstrated success developing sourcing strategies for professional, specialist, graduate, and leadership positions.
- Strong knowledge of MOHRE requirements and the regulatory environment affecting Emiratisation recruitment.
- Experience managing sourcing teams and developing individual and collective capability.
- Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise and influence senior business and Human Capital leaders.
- Advanced understanding of talent mapping, candidate segmentation, pipeline development, and market intelligence.
- Practical experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, recruitment analytics, and digital talent tools.
- Ability to interpret recruitment data and convert findings into clear workforce recommendations.
- Track record of delivering against sourcing KPIs, national hiring targets, conversion ratios, and service-level agreements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinking combined with the ability to manage detailed operational delivery.
- Advanced certification in sourcing, recruitment, talent management, or Human Resources is advantageous.
