AECOM in Dubai invites UAE National graduates to join the 24-month Advance graduate program. This structured learning journey includes one-on-one mentoring with industry experts to develop skills and leadership potential for a future role within the company.

The role supports Emiratisation and Early Careers hiring, partnering with universities, government platforms and the ATS, while ensuring alignment with government guidelines and internal targets.

Qualifications

• UAE National with valid Family Book.
• Undergraduate degree completed in 2024 or later.
• Internship or placement experience in HR or recruitment is an advantage.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsabilités

• Support end-to-end recruitment for Emirati nationals graduates and early-career roles.
• Source candidates through university partnerships, government platforms, LinkedIn and ATS.
• Conduct initial phone interviews and shortlist candidates.
• Ensure Emiratisation hiring aligns with government guidelines and internal targets.
• Liaise with government entities, job boards, universities and organisations supporting Emiratisation.
• Support relationships with universities, colleges and training institutions.
• Assist in organizing career fairs, campus events and employer branding initiatives.
• Coordinate and support graduate intakes and bulk hiring campaigns.
• Build and maintain early-career and Emirati talent pipelines.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication.
