Job summary

AkzoNobel in Dubai seeks a Project Coordinator to support project, sales and technical service teams. You will prepare data on markets and projects to help colleagues make strategic decisions and act as CRM champion.

You will manage CRM data, organize sales review meetings, and assist with PQ data, track records and case studies. You will also support admin tasks for the Technical Service team and procurement records.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Proven data management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• CRM Local Champion: encourage users to keep data fresh and monitor usage.
• CRM training to new local staff and support from central team.
• Organize and facilitate meetings and track action plans.
• Prepare market and project data to help strategy and target decisions.
• Support PQ data, Track Records and Case studies in shared folders.
• Provide administration support to the Technical Service team, including daily movements and site visit reports.
