Job summary

Integrated Plastics Packaging in Dubai seeks a Sales & Marketing Operations Coordinator to improve CRM usage, monitor weekly leads, and ensure data accuracy.

The role coordinates marketing campaigns, site content, exhibition planning, and reports on trends, NCRs/CCRs, and SLA compliance, partnering with Sales, Technical, Marketing and Purchasing.

Strong organisation and cross-functional communication are required to drive timely closures and actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Sales Pipeline Visibility & CRM Adoption and weekly reports.
• Monitor weekly new leads per salesperson and highlight unrecorded opportunities.
• Measure response time from inquiries to IPP quotations by salesperson.
• Raise NCRs and CAPA following RC analysis for dormant leads.
• Prepare weekly MIS reports on trends, open cases, and improvements.
• Coordinate Marketing activities: campaigns calendar, exhibitions, and content assets.
