Job summary

WSP in the Middle East is seeking a motivated Emirati Graduate Engineer to join our Marine Infrastructure team in the UAE. You will work with experienced engineers and project managers on a range of marine projects, gaining hands-on experience and professional development opportunities.

You will contribute to planning, design, analysis, and construction support while adhering to safety and environmental standards. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• UAE National with a valid Family Book.
• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or Civil/Structural with marine focus.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in marine infrastructure projects.
• Solid understanding of marine engineering principles, design standards and construction methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and design of marine infrastructure projects.
• Assist with analyses, designs, drawings and reports.
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines to support project delivery.
• Assist in construction activities and on-site supervision.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental standards.
• Maintain project documentation and progress reporting.
