Job summary

WSP in the Middle East is seeking a motivated Emirati Graduate Engineer to join our Marine Infrastructure team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate in Civil/Structural or Marine Engineering who wants to develop a career in marine infrastructure.

You will work alongside experienced engineers and project managers on a variety of marine projects, gaining hands-on experience and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• UAE National with family book (emirati national)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering or Civil/Structural Engineering focusing on marine infrastructure
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience in marine infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, or similar
• Familiarity with marine construction techniques and materials
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic advantageous
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements

Responsibilities

• Plan and design marine infrastructure projects.
• Assist with technical studies, calculations, drawings and reports.
• Coordinate with different engineering disciplines to support project delivery.
• Assist with analysis and design of marine structures (quay walls, jetties, breakwaters).
• Provide technical support during construction activities and site visits.
