WSP Global Inc. in the Middle East is seeking an Emirati Graduate Engineer to join our Marine Infrastructure team. This is an excellent entry point for a recent graduate in Civil, Structural, or Marine Engineering keen on marine infrastructure and professional development.

You will work with experienced engineers and project managers on a variety of marine projects, gaining hands‑on experience and advancing your career while contributing to design, analysis, and construction activities.

Qualifications

• UAE National with valid Family Book.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience in marine infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Design: Support planning and design of marine infrastructure projects; assist with studies, calculations, drawings, and reports; coordinate with disciplines.
• Structural Analysis and Engineering: Assist analysis and design of quay walls, jetties, and breakwaters; use engineering software to support design; select suitable materials and methods.
• Construction Management and Supervision: Provide technical support during construction and site visits; resolve design issues; support testing, commissioning, handover.
• Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Follow HSE standards; support sustainable engineering practices.
• Project Documentation and Reporting: Maintain documentation, drawings, calculations, and reports; assist progress reporting.
• Collaboration and Professional Development: Work with engineers, architects, managers; stay updated on industry developments; participate in training.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering (with a focus on marine infrastructure), or a related field.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience in marine infrastructure projects.
• Solid understanding of marine engineering principles, design standards, and construction methodologies.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, or similar.
• Familiarity with marine construction techniques and materials.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
