You will contribute to planning, design, analysis, and construction support while adhering to safety and environmental standards. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• UAE National with a valid Family Book.
• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or Civil/Structural with marine focus.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in marine infrastructure projects.
• Solid understanding of marine engineering principles, design standards and construction methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro or similar software.

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Design

• Support the planning and design of marine infrastructure projects.
• Assist with technical studies, calculations, drawings, and reports.
• Coordinate with different engineering disciplines to support project delivery.

Structural Analysis and Engineering

• Assist with the analysis and design of marine structures such as quay walls, jetties, and breakwaters.
• Use engineering software to support design and assessment activities.
• Contribute to selecting suitable materials and construction methods.

Construction Management and Supervision

• Provide technical support during construction activities and site visits.
• Assist in resolving design‑related issues and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance

• Follow health, safety, and environmental standards in all project activities.
• Support sustainable and environmentally responsible engineering practices.

Project Documentation and Reporting

• Familiarity with marine construction techniques and materials.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
