WSP in the Middle East is seeking a motivated Emirati Graduate Engineer to join our Building Structures team in Sharjah. This entry‑level role offers hands‑on experience in supporting project planning, coordination, and delivery while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on landmark projects worldwide.

You will develop plans, track deliverables, and help manage risks, with mentoring from senior engineers.

Qualifications

• UAE National with valid Family Book.
• Recent Civil Engineering graduate.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Eagerness to learn in a project-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Support day-to-day project coordination including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and tracking deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and help identify risks, issues, dependencies.
• Conduct research, data gathering, and analysis to support decisions.
• Prepare presentations and project updates for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain organized project records and documentation.
• Support process improvement initiatives within the project management function.
