Job summary

TELUS Digital is seeking a Project Coordinator for Vehicle Testing Operations in Dubai. You will serve as the primary operational contact between clients, drivers and the internal project team, coordinating daily testing activities, driver training, route assignments, and progress monitoring.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and adept at managing client relationships and field operations across the Middle East.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2–3 years in project coordination, operations management, logistics, fleet management, or similar.
• Client-facing experience with professional communication and expectation management.
• Experience coordinating field personnel and drivers.
• Strong proficiency with GPS navigation and route monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong English and Arabic verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel within the Middle East region.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily testing activities and driver orientations.
• Manage route assignments, driving schedules, and deployments.
• Monitor driver progress, adherence to routes, and testing procedures.
• Prepare daily operation reports, route logs, attendance records, and documentation.
• Escalate incidents and safety concerns promptly to appropriate teams.
• Support project planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
