Job summary

Consat Telematics AB, a Swedish technology company, seeks a Project Manager to lead telematics projects in Dubai, coordinating across Product Owners, developers, and customers. You will translate customer needs into clear development and implementation tasks, ensuring efficient execution and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with hardware and software teams, contribute to planning, forecasting, and process improvements, and travel as needed for customer

Qualifications

• Experience with processes within the RTA Public Transport Department
• Technical Project Manager experience in telematics/public transport
• Experience in cross-functional product development environments
• Experience in an agile environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Structured, analytical, value-driven problem solving
• Fluency in English; Arabic is advantageous
• Background in software development or engineering is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate customer telematics projects from planning to delivery.
• Translate requirements into structured development and implementation tasks.
• Coordinate technical planning and support the implementation of hardware and software solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, technical teams, and customer stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate documentation of requirements, configurations, and progress.
• Monitor and regularly update project progress.
• Plan and conduct regular project meetings with customers.
• Contribute to development planning and workload forecasting.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to continuous improvement of telematics solutions and processes.
