Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking an experienced Support Services Manager to lead its PRO and Travel Services teams in Dubai. The role oversees government relations, employee visa processing, corporate travel arrangements, and regulatory compliance across the organization.

You will ensure timely, accurate submissions, collaborate with Human Capital and Legal, develop the team, improve processes, and deliver a high-quality employee experience for executives and staff.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in UAE government relations or establishment services.
• Proven experience leading teams responsible for government-related transactions and approvals.
• Knowledge of UAE immigration requirements and visa processing.
• Experience coordinating corporate travel arrangements and employee mobility.

Responsibilities

• Lead PRO and Travel Services teams in UAE and ensure compliant government relations.
• Oversee employee visa processing and embassy submissions.
• Manage corporate travel with policy-compliant bookings.
• Coordinate with UAE authorities and travel providers.
• Monitor service performance and drive process improvements.
• Develop team capabilities and manage stakeholder communications.
