Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Support Services Manager to lead the PRO and Travel Services teams, ensuring seamless government relations, visa processing, and corporate travel support for employees and executives in the UAE.

You will drive regulatory compliance, build strong relationships with government entities and travel providers, and oversee reporting to improve efficiency, costs, and the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Support a broad stakeholder group across all Majid Al Futtaim employees.
• Hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree with 5–7 years in UAE government relations and licensing.
• Proven experience leading teams handling government transactions.
• Data governance and reporting practices to maintain compliance and quality.
• Change leadership and strategic thinking with people leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the PRO and Travel Services teams with focus on service excellence.
• Oversee visa processing and embassy submissions.
• Manage corporate travel arrangements including flights and visas.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and travel policies.
• Build relationships with government entities, embassies, and providers.
• Monitor visa and travel support activities for timely delivery.
• Collaborate with HC and internal functions to support employee mobility.
• Drive process improvements and reporting to optimize cost and experience.
