Job summary

Swissôtel Al Murooj Dubai is seeking a Sales Manager for Government and MICE segments. You will lead sales activities, build strong government and corporate relationships, and drive revenue across rooms, events, and F&B.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a sales management role within hospitality, MICE or government relations.
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in a corporate or hotel setting.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop an effective personal business plan for Government and MICE segments with the Director of Sales.
• Identify and maintain key Government, corporate and MICE accounts in line with hotel strategy.
• Maintain records of sales agreements, proposals, quotations and account information per policy.
• Achieve targets for rooms, meetings, conferences, banquets and F&B revenue.
