Job summary

As Assistant Governance Manager you will support the Director – In Business Controls, Governance, focusing on robust risk and governance frameworks. You will manage issue investigations, ensure timely execution of controls, and contribute to monthly MER tracking and regulatory compliance tasks.

You will coordinate remediation of CRS, FATCA, EID and KYC cases with CAM/Business, supervise vendor relations, and help maintain SOPs and audit readiness across the mortgage domain.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance & controls; ability to manage deadlines and quality standards.
• Exposure to regulatory requirements such as CRS, FATCA, EID, KYC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Director – In Business Controls, Governance.
• Monthly MER tracking, follow-up for closure and reporting.
• Coordinate remediation of CRS, FATCA, EID and KYC compliance issues.
• Assist with audit readiness and incident tracking.
