Senior QA & Test Governance Lead

Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced QA governance lead to establish testing governance, define acceptance criteria, and oversee vendor test strategies across multi-vendor environments.

You will ensure traceability between requirements and test coverage, coordinate with business and technical teams, and drive RCA validation and Go/No-Go decisions to secure quality releases. Proficiency in Arabic and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge in STLC and SDLC.
• 7+ years in software testing with at least 3+ years in Test Lead or QA governance.
• Experience with multi-vendor and government environments is preferred.
• Arabic and English language proficiency.
• Preferably SAP testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce testing governance quality gates and acceptance criteria.
• Review and approve test strategies, plans, and approaches from vendors.
• Ensure full traceability between requirements and test coverage.
• Perform independent verification after vendor testing.
• Govern defect management, RCA validation, and exceptional acceptance.
• Monitor vendor KPIs and quality metrics.
• Prepare and present testing status reports, dashboards, and risk summaries to management.
• Communicate testing progress and release readiness transparently and timely.
• Coordinate testing activities across Business, Technical teams, PMO, Release Management and external vendors.
• Facilitate defect triage, quality review and Go/No-Go meetings with documented decisions and actions.
• Act as the primary QA communication focal point between the organisation and testing vendors.
• Ensure alignment of testing scope, priorities, and risks across stakeholders.
• Review design and validate functional, integration, regression, and UAT test scenarios per BRD/FSD/SRS.
• Create testing strategies, plans, and test cases.
• Execute tests, share results, and provide closure reports.
