Job summary

ProDome Management Consulting L.L.C. is seeking a Governance & Continuous Improvement Specialist to support an Abu Dhabi government entity in real estate.

You will maintain governance frameworks, document key processes, and coordinate improvement actions with business owners, including readiness for digitalisation and automation. The role requires 4–7+ years in governance or process improvement, experience documenting SOPs, and facilitation of process reviews.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in governance, process improvement, operational excellence, or management consulting
• Hands-on with documenting and assessing processes and SOPs
• Experience facilitating process reviews with business owners
• Familiarity with continuous-improvement methods and automation-readiness
• Govt/semi-government or regulated sector experience is a plus; GCC experience is an advantage
• Lean, Six Sigma, BPM or related certification is a plus
• Fluency in English required; Arabic strongly preferred

We are hiring a Governance & Continuous Improvement Specialist to work on a project with an Abu Dhabi government entity in the real estate sector. You'll support the entity's governance and continuous-improvement agenda: maintaining governance frameworks, documenting and assessing key processes, and coordinating improvement actions with business owners, including readiness for digitalisation and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of governance frameworks, decision authorities and operating procedures
• Maintain process-governance standards, templates and documentation requirements, track adherence and flag gaps
• Document and maintain priority business processes, procedures and SOPs in an accurate, approved repository
• Facilitate process reviews with business owners and assess efficiency, controls, handoffs and recurring issues
• Identify improvement opportunities from performance results, stakeholder feedback and process assessments
• Support the design of practical improvements with clear owners, actions and timelines, and track progress and benefits
• Assess processes for simplification before digitalisation or automation, and route improvements that need digital support

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in governance, process improvement, operational excellence, business transformation or management consulting
• Hands‑on experience documenting and assessing business processes, procedures and SOPs
• Experience facilitating process reviews and coordinating improvement actions with business owners
• Familiarity with continuous-improvement methods, process governance and automation‑readiness assessments
• Experience in government or semi‑government, real estate or another regulated sector is preferred; GCC experience is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations management, quality management or a related field; Lean, Six Sigma, BPM or quality certification is an advantage
• Fluency in English required; Arabic strongly preferred
