Qualifications

• 1+ years in L2/L3 Tech Support or Senior Support roles in FinTech, Crypto, or payment processing.
• Experience with logs/monitoring tools for root cause analysis.
• Understanding of client-server architecture, REST APIs, and JSON structures.
• Proficiency with Postman for request validation.
• Fluent English (B2/C1) and Ukrainian or Russian language skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and activate partners in the production environment.
• Handle API key management and verify setups.
• Analyze logs to troubleshoot transaction errors during the pre-live stage.
• Perform pre-live merchant configurations and payment method setups.
• Ensure production readiness and successful Go-Live launches for merchants.
