noon is seeking a Partnership Manager to join our Dubai Mall Online team and manage a portfolio of fashion brands. You will build strong partner relationships and drive onboarding and growth.

This role focuses on ensuring assortment, pricing, availability and fulfilment while monitoring performance against KPIs including GMV. You’ll work with internal teams and partners to resolve issues and improve execution, with English fluency and 3+ years in partnerships or related fields.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, e-commerce, or a related field.
• Experience in luxury, fashion, or premium retail.
• Strong commercial and relationship-management skills.
• Analytical, proactive and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple partners and priorities.
• Fluency in English.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day relationships with fashion brand partners.
• Drive partner onboarding and ensure assortment, pricing, and operational requirements are met.
• Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to drive growth and GMV.
• Ensure strong product availability and meet fulfilment SLAs.
• Work closely with internal teams and partners to resolve issues and improve execution.
• Support campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to grow partner performance.
