Job summary

Julphar is seeking a production operator to execute daily manufacturing operations in strict compliance with cGMP, BMR, and SOPs. You will operate and monitor production equipment, meet output targets, and support cross functional troubleshooting while driving EHS compliance and peer training.

The role requires a Diploma in a relevant field and knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes, with a focus on reducing environmental impact and operational risk across shifts in Ras Al Khaimah.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in a related field.
• Knowledge of cGMP principles and pharmaceutical production processes.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to cGMP principles and maintain effective quality systems.
• Operate production equipment and monitor processes per SOP and BMR.
• Follow production schedules and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with cross functional departments to avoid interruptions.
• Train new employees on production processes and equipment.
• Execute daily operations in line with EMS and HSE standards with proper PPE.
