Job summary

Little Kitchen Help Ltd seeks an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead a forthcoming Michelin-starred Indian restaurant on Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi. This is a high-visibility, senior leadership role with immediate start and a focus on delivering outstanding hospitality and profitability.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and work closely with culinary and service teams to uphold Michelin-level standards in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager / Restaurant Manager / Operations Manager in Michelin-starred or high-end fine-dining restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and premium dining operations.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or internationally recognised restaurant brands.
• Excellent leadership and the ability to recruit, train and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, guest experience and financial performance.
• Excellent commercial awareness, including budgets, cost control, revenue generation and profitability.
• A strong network and understanding of the UAE hospitality market would be an advantage.
• Fluent English; Arabic language skills would be highly desirable.
• Ability to work with a diverse, international team and maintain high levels of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
• Maintain Michelin-level service and hospitality standards.
• Recruit, train, mentor and manage the restaurant team.
• Drive guest satisfaction and build relationships with VIP and regular clientele.
• Oversee budgets, labour costs and operational expenses.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless food and service operations.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and service standards.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, health and safety and company policies.
• Represent the restaurant professionally within the Abu Dhabi luxury hospitality community.
• Support opening processes and establish the restaurant as a leading Indian fine dining destination.
