You will guide daily operations, mentor a skilled team and drive guest satisfaction while safeguarding the restaurant’s refined identity for an international clientele.

Qualifications

• Must have prior management experience in a Michelin-starred Italian restaurant.
• Proven track record leading a front-of-house team in fine dining or ultra-luxury hospitality.
• Fluent English; Italian language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and ensure service excellence across reservations, reception, dining and farewell.
• Maintain a visible floor presence, guiding staff and coordinating service with precision.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and sommelier teams to deliver a seamless dining experience.
• Oversee budgets, staffing, costs and performance to protect the restaurant’s Michelin-starred identity.
