Little Kitchen Help Ltd seeks an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead a forthcoming Michelin-starred Indian restaurant on Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi. This is a high-visibility, senior leadership role with immediate start and a focus on delivering outstanding hospitality and profitability.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and work closely with culinary and service teams to uphold Michelin-level standards in a luxury setting.

Formación

• Proven experience as a General Manager / Restaurant Manager / Operations Manager in Michelin-starred or high-end fine-dining restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and premium dining operations.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or internationally recognised restaurant brands.
• Excellent leadership and the ability to recruit, train and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, guest experience and financial performance.
• Excellent commercial awareness, including budgets, cost control, revenue generation and profitability.
• A strong network and understanding of the UAE hospitality market would be an advantage.
• Fluent English; Arabic language skills would be highly desirable.
• Ability to work with a diverse, international team and maintain high levels of professionalism.

We are seeking an experienced and highly accomplished Restaurant General Manager to lead an upcoming Michelin-starred Indian restaurant on Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi for looking for one immediate start

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to join a prestigious international restaurant concept and play a key role in establishing its presence in the UAE.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a confident, hands-on and commercially driven General Manager with a strong background in Michelin-starred or internationally recognised fine-dining restaurants.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a General Manager / Restaurant Manager / Operations Manager within Michelin-starred or high-end fine-dining restaurants.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Indian cuisine and premium dining operations is highly desirable.
• Experience working within luxury hospitality, fine dining or internationally recognised restaurant brands.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, guest experience and financial performance.
• Excellent commercial awareness, including budgets, cost control, revenue generation and profitability.
• A strong network and understanding of the UAE hospitality market would be an advantage.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Arabic language skills would be highly desirable.
• Strong cultural awareness and the ability to work effectively with a diverse, international team.
• High levels of professionalism, presentation and attention to detail.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile restaurant environment.
