Job summary

Worldwiders Recruitment invites applications for a Restaurant General Manager role at a one-Michelin-starred Italian restaurant within a prestigious UAE ultra-luxury resort. You will lead the daily operation, guest experience and financial performance with discretion and excellence.

The ideal candidate has prior Michelin-starred Italian restaurant leadership, fluency in Italian, and a track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences in ultra-luxury hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience within a Michelin-starred Italian restaurant is essential.
• Fluency in Italian is mandatory.
• Experience leading a service team in fine dining.
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, wine and dining traditions.
• Experience serving VIPs and international guests with discretion.
• UAE or wider Middle East experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across reservations, guest reception, dining service and farewell.
• Remain actively present on the floor, guiding the team through service and ensuring thoughtful pacing, coordination and attention to detail.
• Work closely with the kitchen and sommelier team to deliver a seamless dining experience.
• Maintain rigorous standards of presentation, cleanliness, food safety and operational readiness.
• Build lasting relationships with regular diners, hotel guests and VIPs through warm, discreet and personalized service.
• Handle feedback and service recovery with professionalism and sound judgment.
