Job summary

Acwa Power Group in Dubai seeks a Ticketsing & Reservations Supervisor to manage flight bookings, hotel arrangements and transport for employees. You will monitor travel budgets, track costs, and ensure compliance with international travel policies.

You will review invoices, liaise with travel agencies and maintain cost dashboards across multiple countries to optimise travel spend and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience in a Travel Booking related role.
• IATA Certification in Travel & Tourism.
• 3+ years of experience in a corporate or Travel Management Company (TMC) environment.
• Familiarity with at least one GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Serve as an office-based point of contact for all employees traveling domestically or internationally (Flight and Land Transportation).
• Booking and managing all Acwa Power Group accommodation (Outage and Non-Outage), and some 3rd party services personnel.
• Liaise with Planning Manager on travels to align with mobilization requirements.
• Obtain and compare available flights, car rentals and hotel options to identify best value.
• Create and maintain dashboards for cost tracking on flights, hotels and transportation.
