Job summary

Emirates Group is hiring a Travel Consultant for the dnata Global Contact Centre in Dubai. You will handle travel bookings, amendments, and provide proactive disruption management across retail, phone, WhatsApp and email channels.

Role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients and suppliers, and driving cross-sell opportunities to maximise revenue and loyalty programmes.

Qualifications

• Have 12 Years of schooling or equivalent.
• Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial/Sales/Reservations/Ticketing/ Travel & Tourism/ Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest standard of customer service to all clients, Retail, Government or Corporate.
• Attend all customer queries in a timely and appropriate manner across multiple channels.
• Cross-sell/upsell relevant products and services to maximize revenue.
• Inform customers about destination requirements, check-in times and travel-related information.
