Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Global Transparency Reporting – EMEA, to lead end-to-end reporting programs across the region. Based in a major J&J location, you will oversee governance, data quality, and stakeholder engagement to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

You will manage a team, drive continuous improvement, and partner with Health Care Compliance, Legal, Finance and IT to optimize reporting processes and enable scalable, compliant disclosures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and relevant regulatory/compliance experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills to explain requirements clearly.
• Experience with database and reporting tools; capable of leading complex reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end global transparency reporting activities across regions, ensuring compliance with laws and codes.
• Lead governance, control frameworks, risk assessments and audit readiness for reporting processes.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team with workload balance and succession planning.
• Engage with Legal, Finance and IT stakeholders to align reporting requirements and drive improvements.
• Identify automation and analytics opportunities to enhance data quality and reporting efficiency.
