Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Finance Solutions & Technology (FST) is seeking a Lead Analyst Reporting & Analytics to drive enhanced financial reporting capabilities and analytics across the enterprise. This role reports to the Finance Manager Reporting & Analytics and may be based in multiple countries.

The position requires a strong background in accounting/finance, SAP Analytics Cloud expertise, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver trusted financial data models and governance.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance is required.
• Advanced degrees/certifications (CPA CMA PMP MBA/Masters) are preferred.
• Hands-on experience developing reporting and analytics using SAP Analytics Cloud or comparable tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy enhanced analytical and financial reporting capabilities for the enterprise leveraging the SigniFi systems architecture.
• Collaborate with finance teams across the enterprise to support reporting at local, regional and global levels with analytics governance and training.
• Partner with Data Product Owners and Technical Product Owners.
