Job summary

MediSpend seeks a seasoned Global Transparency leader to drive cloud-based compliance software and managed services for life sciences clients. You will guide executive stakeholders, oversee cross-functional teams, and advance regulatory reporting, data accuracy, and customer success metrics in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in life sciences transparency, commercial compliance, or SaaS operations.
• 5+ years leading customer-facing operational teams.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. Federal, state, and global transparency reporting.
• Experience with enterprise pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device clients.
• Experience in cloud-based SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Global Transparency software and managed services
• Ensure successful execution of customer reporting obligations and regulatory submissions
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and lead executive-level engagement
• Maintain expertise in global and state transparency regulations and industry trends
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase automation and reduce operational risk
• Partner with Product Management to prioritize enhancements for customer experience and compliance
• Lead, mentor, and develop Global Transparency Operations, Delivery, and Customer Success teams
• Develop operational KPIs and dashboards to measure quality and productivity
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation, Engineering, and Sales teams
