Johnson & Johnson Finance Solutions & Technology (FST) is recruiting for a Finance Manager Reporting & Analytics, reporting into the Sr. Finance Manager Reporting & Analytics.

We will consider candidates to work out of our offices in New Jersey; Beerse Antwerp Belgium; Wokingham Berkshire Ireland India Portugal United Kingdom UAE or Zug Switzerland. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Advanced degrees/certifications such as CPA/CMA/PMP/MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of finance or accounting experience.
• Hands-on with SAP Analytics Cloud or comparable tools.
• Experience in FP&A processes in a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of enhanced analytical and financial reporting capabilities.
• Align with key partners in finance to support reporting at local, regional and global levels.
• Partner with Data Product Owners and Technical Product Owners.
• Collaborate with Change Management, Communications and Training teams.
• Supervise a Lead Analyst.
