Job summary

Client of Ladwig Consulting in Dubai seeks a senior leader to steer the Life Science Hub, shaping strategy, market entry, and product portfolio.

You will lead cross-functional teams, own P&L, drive partnerships, and ensure regulatory compliance across UAE, GCC, Asia and Europe. Fluent English required; Arabic a plus.

You will collaborate with European laboratories, drive science-backed wellness products, and build international alliances to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years senior leadership experience in health, wellness, nutraceutical, pharma or health-focused FMCG sectors.
• Proven track record launching and scaling product lines or business units in international markets.
• Strong business development and cross-border partnership experience.
• GCC regulatory landscapes, dietary supplement compliance, and certification knowledge.
• Experience building and leading diverse leadership teams with strategic focus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic roadmap for the Life Science Hub aligning with growth goals.
• Lead market entry strategy and commercial launch of nutraceutical lines across UAE, GCC, Asia, and Europe.
• Guide long-term product portfolio strategy with science-validated formulations.
• Own P&L performance and set revenue targets, pricing, distribution, and channel strategy.
• Lead brand positioning and partnerships, and oversee cross-functional collaboration across stakeholders.
• Oversee R&D collaboration and external scientific partnerships to inform product development.
• Coordinate manufacturing planning and regulatory compliance across regions.
