Job summary

Webb Fontaine, a Dubai-based global trade technology company, seeks a seasoned sales/business development professional to identify market opportunities, contact clients, and drive quotes, proposals, and contracts. You will negotiate terms, close leads, and build lasting relationships with stakeholders.

Candidates should have a 5+ year track record in sales or BD, strong presentation skills, English fluency, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Engineering, IT or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify market trends and potential new business development needs.
• Identify new leads and potential customers through organizational research.
• Identify decision makers in the procurement of CITS services.
• Contact existing and potential clients and organize sales visits.
• Prepare and conduct presentations and recommend CITS solutions.
• Develop quotes and proposals for customers and prospects.
• Negotiate terms including price and timelines.
• Close sales leads and ensure contracts are signed.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Manage customer calls and appointments effectively.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure services meet customer needs.
