Responsibilities

• Support the global Technical Service Team to drive profitable growth.

• Travel as needed to conduct trials, solve customer issues, and support team members.
• Identify and develop new export market opportunities in collaboration with the team.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and report in the designated database.
• Maintain technical and customer information in a local database.
• Adhere to Pearl Polyurethane’s safety rules at all times.
