Job summary

deVere Group Limited is seeking an International Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across multiple international locations from sourcing to offers. You will partner with hiring managers, build a robust candidate pipeline and deliver a superior candidate experience.

You will source, screen and coordinate interviews, monitor KPIs, and contribute to global talent acquisition with a focus on diverse talent pools.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or executive search.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Comfort communicating with diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Experience meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.

• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Positive attitude and collaborative team mindset.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS is advantageous.

• Continuously identify new sourcing methods and best practices.

As an International Recruitment Consultant you will manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates through to interview coordination and offer management. Working closely with hiring managers across multiple international locations you ll help identify outstanding professionals who can contribute to deVere s continued global success.

• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter job boards networking referrals social media and other innovative sourcing techniques
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess skills experience motivation and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and provide regular reports on hiring activity and performance
• Promote the deVere brand through engaging recruitment campaigns and social media initiatives
• Continuously identify new sourcing methods and recruitment best practices
