Binance is seeking a global Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles, partnering with business leaders across regions.

You will source, interview, and onboard candidates while optimizing the hiring process and building a strong talent pipeline aligned to our growth in the crypto ecosystem.

Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus. This remote-friendly role offers dynamic projects, competitive compensation, and career development.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in top‑tier internet firms or agencies.
• English fluency required to coordinate with overseas partners.
• Experience with global market mapping or Asia hiring.
• Strong sourcing and selection techniques.
• Proven track record delivering on aggressive hiring goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding
• Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process
• Drive or take part in various HR projects and initiatives
• Manage recruiting databases in structured and timely manners
• Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through various methods, including networking within the community, contacting and/or visiting universities, attending local job fairs and fostering continued contact with quality candidates who may qualify for future positions
