Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program for Early Career Talent to gain immersive experience in Web3. You will work with senior recruiters on engaging employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and candidate engagement strategies within a global tech environment.

You will partner with the HR team to source and nurture talent, coordinate interviews, and help optimize our recruitment processes while building transferable skills for your career.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in HR, psychology, business, or communications.
• Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy; internship is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Comfortable working in an international, tech‑driven environment.
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
• English required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for tech roles.
• Post jobs across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local boards).
• Coordinate interview schedules and collect feedback.
• Maintain accurate data in our ATS (Greenhouse/Lever).
• Support market mapping and competitor research for hiring strategies.
• Assist employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects.
• Attend weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings.
• Suggest process improvements based on observations.
