BYD in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles. You will partner with hiring managers, source top candidates, and build strong pipelines to support rapid growth in a dynamic, global company.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR or business administration.
• 5–8 years of experience in talent acquisition or in-house recruitment.
• Proven full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced environments.
• Strong sourcing capabilities with modern tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Well-organized and able to manage multiple roles.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; Mandarin is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles, from requirement intake to onboarding handover.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, agencies, and talent mapping.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support rapid business growth.
• Coordinate complex interview processes, including multi-country and multi-time-zone scheduling.
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Conduct screening interviews and provide hiring managers with professional hiring recommendations.
• Manage recruitment data, reports, and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support employer branding activities, recruitment events, and job fairs.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues on onboarding and recruitment-related projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or in-house recruitment.
• Proven track record of delivering full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Well-organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; Mandarin is a strong plus.
