Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• 4+ years in talent acquisition, international or fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across regions.
• Proficient with ATS platforms and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across CXG offices worldwide.
• Oversee global mobility processes and relocations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align role requirements.
• Support ATS migration project end-to-end.
• Train managers on the new system and provide post-launch support.
• Ensure data accuracy across live recruitment processes.
