CXG tel ops? We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global People Team on a 5-month fixed-term, remote maternity cover. You will own end-to-end recruitment across CXG offices worldwide, including mobility handling and process improvements.

This role demands strong stakeholder collaboration and data-driven decision making. Candidates should have 4+ years inTalent Acquisition, experience across regions, and proficiency with ATS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or related field.
• 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in international or fast-paced environments.
• Experience leading end-to-end recruitment across regions and levels.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for CXG’s global offices and remote hires.
• Oversee global mobility processes and liaise with HRBPs and managers.
• Drive ATS migration projects including data transfer, workflows, and training.
