Job summary

Worldwiders is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the growing Talent Acquisition team in London, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition. You will attract, engage and hire professionals for data centre development, construction, engineering and corporate functions.

You will partner with hiring managers to deliver a top-tier recruitment experience, proactively identifying talent in a competitive market, and managing multiple recruitment processes with strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition or Executive Search.
• Strong direct sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions.
• Source, assess and engage high-quality candidates through various channels.
• Coordinate interviews, offer management and onboarding activities.
• Provide recruitment updates and market insights to stakeholders.
