Job summary

IDEMIA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the UAE to own end-to-end recruitment and build strong partnerships with business leaders across regions. You’ll lead sourcing, screening and presenting strong candidates for multiple functions, ensuring a superior candidate experience in a fast-paced, global tech environment.

The role requires a graduate degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, excellent English, and the ability to operate across diverse cultures and regions.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree with global recruiting exposure.
• Experience recruiting for multiple regions and leadership roles.
• Strong consultative partnering with hiring managers and HR.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment cycle for multiple functions and regions.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR counterparts and senior leaders.
• Design and implement hiring strategies aligned with workforce planning.
• Drive proactive sourcing and headhunting for niche profiles (R&D, IT, Engineering).
• Maintain world-class candidate experience through clear communication and feedback.
