Job summary

adidas is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition leader to drive the strategic and operational direction of TA within the EM HUB. You will recruit, partner with hiring leaders, and develop effective recruitment plans across UAE, South Africa, India, and Singapore.

You will elevate TA capabilities, optimize processes, and ensure alignment with HR strategy, while leading executive search initiatives regionally and influencing priorities across hubs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in Business Administration, HR or related field.
• 7–10 years HR experience with 3–5 years in Talent Acquisition in a multinational.
• International exposure and mindset; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and recruitment plans.
• Design and execute HUB Talent Acquisition strategy.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for all positions and levels, including TA operations.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent with proactive sourcing, interviewing and feedback rounds.
• Elevate TA capability and ensure delivery against hiring objectives.
• Collaborate with TA colleagues across EM HUB locations (UAE, South Africa, India, Singapore) to align priorities.
• Produce executive TA analysis based on data.
• Drive DEI metrics within TA strategies.
• Map and engage top talent for critical roles to build a robust pipeline.
• Serve as SPOC for TA matters linked to HUB departments and partner on regional executive searches.
• Collaborate with HR Strategy and Talent Acquisition Excellence to align TA with broader business priorities.
