Qualifications

5+ years in Talent Acquisition, preferably in financial services or multinational settings.
Experience with high-volume and regional recruitment across multiple regions.
Proficiency with ATS (Ashby or similar) and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, corporate, and commercial roles globally.
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and market insights.
Source talent via direct search, networks, referrals, and ATS.
Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate processes with stakeholders.
Maintain candidate records, recruit pipelines, and KPI reporting.
Drive employer branding and represent MultiBank at events.
