Qualifications

• 4 years in social analytics, social listening, research, or digital insights.
• Proficient in social listening tools, dashboards, and advanced spreadsheet use.
• Experience tracking performance across multi-market, global campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead global social intelligence across key international markets.
• Blend organic content, paid media, audience shifts into one narrative.
• Provide evidence to strategists and creatives to write briefs.
• Identify emerging cultural conversations and viral moments early.
• Deliver clean, decision-focused reports and benchmarks.
• Apply EMOD to analyze attention and engagement by region.
