Qualifications

• Degree or honours in a quantitative field (Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, CS, Maths) or equivalent.
• 5+ years running a social listening and intelligence program for a large global brand.
• Strong understanding of social data, digital interactions and user behaviour tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead social data mining and collaborate with insights and analytics to meet business requirements.
• Develop analytical solutions to inform CCM&B on social interactions.
• Streamline data across platforms and present large data sets with clear visualisations for self-service BI.
