Job summary

Haier in the United Arab Emirates seeks a service leader to align with the overseas strategy and drive the HGF market service system. You will establish, implement, and monitor service operations, coordinate with quality platforms, and optimize spare-parts inventory to meet repair demands.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service experience, with team or project management exposure.
• Strong communication and adaptability; ability to handle issues patiently and precisely.
• Proven ability to quickly understand needs, resolve issues, and collect user feedback.
• Solid customer service mindset, responsibility, and focus on satisfaction.
• Excellent cross‑department collaboration to coordinate and resolve problems.

• Align with Haier overseas service strategy and lead market service planning.
• Establish, implement, and monitor HGF service system; optimize service costs for competitiveness.
• Drive service model transformation and deliver service‑support projects; integrate resources to build brand reputation through services.
