Job summary

GE HealthCare seeks an EAGM Service Operations General Manager to oversee service delivery for the EAGM Region, driving customer experience, service quality, operational performance, and P&L outcomes.

The role requires a global enterprise mindset, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to harmonize standards with regional execution while ensuring safety and continuous improvement across LCTs, field, and remote service teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
• 10+ years senior-level sales management, product, and/or general management experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in Healthcare Services, Service delivery, Technical Operations, OTR or supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the EAGM service delivery strategy aligned to enterprise priorities and regional growth.
• Drive customer satisfaction indicators and service quality.
• Improve field and remote service productivity through standard work and digital tools.
• Collaborate with Global Service Organization, AIS, Service Sales, Finance, HR, and Zone Presidents to ensure aligned strategy and execution.
