Job summary

Carestream seeks a Global Service Director based in Shanghai to lead worldwide service strategy, coordinating with R&D and value chain teams to deliver world-class after-sales service. You will oversee regional teams and indirect partners while aligning service activities with regulatory requirements and performance goals.

This executive role focuses on maximizing uptime, customer satisfaction, and service profitability, with 40–60% international travel and close collaboration across geographies

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience; MBA a plus.
• Proven experience in leading technical services and service sales in healthcare/medical imaging with 15+ years.
• Experience reporting to C-level executives and influencing strategic decisions.
• Experience managing indirect service models through channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global service delivery strategy aligned with company goals.
• Represent service function at executive leadership meetings and board presentations.
• Manage global service P&L, budget planning, and regional performance optimization.
• Provide leadership to regional service managers and country-level teams.
• Define and manage KPIs and SLAs to drive operational excellence.
