Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Service Excellence Professional to drive process improvement, KPI transparency, and scalable dashboards across regions. You will collaborate with global teams in Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to standardize reporting and improve service performance.

In this role, you will enhance data quality, support digital transformation, and translate business needs into automated solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Experience in Service Operations, Sales Operations, or Continuous Improvement.
Ability to analyze large data sets and derive actionable insights.
Experience in creating dashboards and reporting.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze operational and performance data to identify gaps and propose actions.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports with key metrics such as OTD, QRT, Revenue.
Standardize reporting across regions and business units to provide a single source of truth.
Support process improvement projects and root cause analysis.
Improve data quality in Salesforce, CRM, and related systems.
Prepare leadership updates and data-driven insights for faster decision making.
