Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Service Excellence Professional to bolster the global service organization through process improvement, KPI transparency, dashboard development, and data-driven decision-making across regions and functions. You will standardize performance measurement, identify process gaps, and enable stronger execution across the service business.

You will collaborate with global and regional stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, and Business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
Experience in Service Operations, Sales Operations, Business Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Project Management, Data Analytics, or Process Improvement.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets, identify trends, simplify complex information, and convert findings into actionable business recommendations.
Working knowledge of Power BI, Excel, Tableau, Salesforce, CRM systems, or similar reporting and analytics tools.
Ability to create dashboards, management reports, process documentation, training materials, and executive-level presentations.
Strong project coordination skills with demonstrated experience working across global, cross-functional, and matrix organizations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to clearly communicate insights, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

Analyze operational and commercial performance data, identify gaps, and recommend improvement actions.
Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into key metrics.
Partner with regional and global teams to standardize reporting and create a single version of truth across units and regions.
Support continuous improvement projects, process mapping, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking.
Help improve Salesforce (SFDC), CRM, and other business data quality by identifying inconsistencies and defining reporting requirements.
Prepare leadership updates, performance reviews, project summaries, and data-based insights for faster decision-making.
Support digital transformation, automation, and AI-enabled improvement opportunities by identifying repetitive manual work.
